Estimating Questions
Yes we offer free quotations.
We do ask if customers can contact us direct to make an appointment for an estimate if they wish to bring the vehicle in to us. Alternatively you can email vehicle damage images to vehicleimages@alanreedltd.co.uk quoting your registration.
Courtesy Cars
We offer a free courtesy car to any insurance customers who have a courtesy car entitlement on their policy.
Excess/Vat payments
Excess payments are made directly to us on completion of your repairs, we then deduct this amount from the invoice we send to your insurance company.
If you are VAT registered, the VAT element of the repair will also be payable to ourselves on completion along with any excess.
